Add a GTK_PRINT_CAPABILITY_GENERATE_PDF capability.

* gtk/gtkprintjob.h: Add a GTK_PRINT_CAPABILITY_GENERATE_PDF
capability.

* gtk/gtkprintunixdialog.c: Use it here to hide "Print to PDF"
from the printer list.  (#339592, Christian Persch)
